Xabi Alonso is not messing about at Chelsea, with the Spaniard beginning work as Blues boss earlier this week.
After just one season at Chelsea, Alejandro Garnacho is already set to depart Stamford Bridge.
According to Si Phillips Talks Chelsea, Alonso does not see Garnacho as a player who has a future under him and is happy for the player to leave.
But who else should Alonso be looking to move on before the transfer window closes? The Chelsea Chronicle has listed a couple of names.
Sorry, but there are WORSE players than Alejandro Garnacho at Chelsea who aren’t being pushed out of the club
Benoit Badiashile
Benoit Badiashile has been at Chelsea for more than three years now, and supporters have still not seen the best of him.
That is largely because of injuries, but even when Badiashile has played, he has disappointed at times.
Badiashile has a good profile for a modern-day central defender. The Frenchman is tall and strong but can also play passes, while his left foot means he can start on the left side of central defence.
There are not too many left-sided ball-playing centre-halves on the market.
However, Badiashile is prone to the odd mistake. And again, his injury record has been a huge problem since he arrived from AS Monaco. Therefore, Chelsea should be looking for a buyer this summer.

Liam Delap
Liam Delap has not been at Chelsea for as long as Badiashile, only joining the club from Ipswich Town last year.
Things have not worked out for him either, though, and now is already a good time to move the striker on. Chelsea have just brought Emmanuel Emegha in, while Nicolas Jackson has returned from his loan spell at Bayern Munich. Depending on what Alonso wants to do with the duo, he may need more space in his squad.
Delap scored just one goal in 28 Premier League outings last season. There is context to consider, but Alonso cannot ignore that.
