Chelsea left it very late to earn all three points in tonight’s win against Crystal Palace, with Cole Palmer yet again showing his key influence on this side.
The Blues ended up recording a 3-1 away victory at Palace in the Premier League, but they trailed by a one-goal deficit after a very poor first-half at Selhurst Park.
Afterwards, Conor Gallagher equalised almost straight after the interval with a great finish. Mauricio Pochettino’s side snatched the win on the road with two stoppage time goals, Gallagher and Enzo Fernandez converting late on.
It was a very interesting game for Blues talisman Cole Palmer, whose added more goal contributions to his season tally.
The left-footed attacker provided two assists for the injury time goals, providing great weighted passes for both.

Chelsea fans hail Cole Palmer
Palmer popped up in a crucial moment yet again for Chelsea, something he’s done so often during this debut season at Stamford Bridge.
The 21-year-old England star does possess the kind of individual quality this team is crying out for.
Interestingly, Blues fans on social media were all saying the same thing about Palmer’s display on Monday night.
Many supporters on X feel like he played his best football versus Palace after a change of position.
He, like all of his teammates, couldn’t find any joy when he played as the central striker. However, he was so much more threatening when he played as the right-winger in the second period.
One fan said: “Cole Palmer has massively done well playing on that right wing.”
Another posted: “Palmer as a right winger is a completely different player man.”
A third wrote: “Cold Palmer. 2 assists after switching wing. Don’t you ever ever use this guy as a false 9.”
Another claimed: “Poch, can you see how good Palmer can be if you play him at his best position? Enough of these false 9 experiments.”
A fifth supporter uploaded: “Cole Palmer gets two assists as soon as he left the number 9 position!”
Another said: “Palmer back to his best position. Two goals contribution not a coincidence right.”
