Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca changed his whole team for the Blues’ 5-0 win against Barrow on Tuesday night.
It saw the likes of Christopher Nkunku and Pedro Neto come into the side, with neither player disappointing for Chelsea.
Nkunku bagged a hat-trick, while Neto also managed to get his name on the scoresheet. After the game, Maresca praised Nkunku for his work rate.
It was a match that also gave Maresca the opportunity to bring on Chelsea youngsters Josh Acheampong and Tyrique George, whom he discussed afterwards.

Enzo Maresca hails Josh Acheampong as ‘brave’ following Barrow win
There will probably be much harder challenges than Barrow to come for Acheampong.
In the end, it was such an easy game for Chelsea. Nevertheless, Maresca still thought that the right-back was brave on the ball and showed a lot of personality.
Speaking about Acheampong and George after the game, the Chelsea manager told football.london and the rest of the English media: “I was happy with him and Josh. I thought they both did very well. These kinds of games, for them it is important to be brave, don’t be shy. It doesn’t matter if they make mistakes — it is fine.
“Tyrique missed a chance, then he created another one for himself. Then I really like Josh, the way he showed himself with the ball; he steps in, brave, personality. Happy for both of them.”
Chelsea have had issues in the right-back position this season, with Malo Gusto and Reece James both picking up injuries.
Gusto is back and started against Barrow, but James remains sidelined. It has been claimed that Chelsea are thinking about signing Kiliann Sildillia to help them out in that area of the pitch, but perhaps Acheampong could become a regular first-team option for Maresca.
Who will start at right-back against Brighton & Hove Albion?
Next up for Chelsea is the visit of Brighton & Hove Albion. In their last Premier League fixture, Wesley Fofana started at right-back.
Before that, it was Axel Disasi who got the nod. However, with Gusto available again, you would expect him to play there on Saturday.
Unlike Disasi and Fofana, who are centre-backs by trade, Gusto brings an attacking threat from the right-back position and reminded everyone of that with his performance against Barrow at Stamford Bridge.
It was the 21-year-old who set up Nkunku’s second goal with a lovely low cross into the box.
