Chelsea attacker Cole Palmer scored another penalty against Manchester City earlier today and has made a surprise claim regarding his spot-kick duty.
It was his fourth in a Chelsea shirt and helped his side to draw 4-4 with the Premier League champions and earn a point.
Cole Palmer has since spoken to Sky Sports (12/11/2023 at 18:48) about taking penalties for his new club.

It was a good day for the attacker and another former City player Raheem Sterling, who also managed to get his name on the scoresheet against his old side.
Cole Palmer penalty revelation
Palmer has been absolutely deadly from the penalty spot for Chelsea, scoring four in four.
However, according to the 21-year-old, he actually does not practice his spot kicks. Speaking to Sky Sports after the game, he said: “I’m not going to say I work on them because I don’t. I just trust in my natural ability.”
Cole Palmer and Chelsea’s attack finally firing
Palmer’s goal may have come from the spot, but Sterling and Nicolas Jackson both managed to score from open play.
It was Jackson’s fourth goal in two games after his hat-trick against Tottenham Hotspur on Monday.
After some early-season struggles, the team’s attack is finally starting to find the back of the net. And things could get even better, with Christopher Nkunku set to return to action after the international break.
Hopefully it continues and if it does, maybe Mauricio Pochettino‘s men will still have a chance of qualifying for the Champions League.
They are currently 10 points behind Tottenham in fourth, while fifth place could actually be enough to make it into Europe’s elite competition next season.
Focusing on the present, though, Pochettino can certainly be happy with what he is seeing from his team right now after a poor start to the campaign. They have just taken four points and played well against perhaps the two best sides in the country this term.
