Six Premier League games into his tenure as Chelsea manager and Mauricio Pochettino is already being taunted by opposition supporters.
Mauricio Pochettino is having a difficult time at Stamford Bridge right now and Aston Villa fans had no sympathy for the Argentine earlier today as they chanted “you’re getting sacked in the morning” at him during their club’s 1-0 win in west London.
It was Chelsea’s third loss of the season and was another game where the Blues could not find the back of the net.
That is now three consecutive matches where Pochettino’s side have failed to score following their 0-0 draw with Bournemouth and 1-0 defeat to Nottingham Forest.

They can at least forget about the Premier League when they take on Brighton & Hove Albion in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday, though that is going to be another tricky fixture.
Mauricio Pochettino in danger?
It would not be a shock. The club showed little patience with Graham Potter and if things do not improve under his successor, the former Tottenham Hotspur manager could easily suffer the same fate as him.
Honestly, it is way too early to be talking about Pochettino potentially being sacked, but this sport rarely shows mercy to those who coach in it.

At this stage, however, it is definitely not something that should even be considered. Chelsea have had so many injuries and there is time for things to improve.
While it is early days, it would now be quite a shock if things improved to the point where Chelsea were challenging for the top four again. But things can get better under Pochettino. They surely have to.
