Chelsea’s Moises Caicedo is set to be available to play against Burnley this Saturday in the Premier League.
That is according to a report from The Evening Standard.
Moises Caicedo, 21, limped off in stoppage time of Monday night’s 2-0 league win away to Fulham.
However, there’s some good news surrounding the £150,000-a-week (Spotrac) midfielder.

The Evening Standard’s report says that Caicedo is set to be fit to play against Burnley this weekend.
It is explained that the Blues are ‘optimistic’ that the Ecuador international can travel and play at Turf Moor after suffering some bruising in the previous game.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side will be hoping to sign off in style before the international break with a win over Burnley.
Despite a rocky start to this season from Chelsea, they go into the weekend fresh from back-to-back wins against Fulham (Premier League) and Brighton (Carabao Cup).

The Caicedo news this lunchtime is huge, especially because it looks like he’s really beginning to settle at the club.
The all-action defensive midfielder put in one of his best performances to date earlier this week against Fulham, so an injury setback would’ve been a cruel blow to both him and the team.
Journalist Simon Johnson reported on Twitter that Caicedo was in agony after suffering a knee problem at Fulham. Thankfully, the damage doesn’t sound too severe.
We’re pretty sure that the Chelsea fanbase want to see much from a midfield trio that is beginning to take shape. It’s a dynamic combination that includes Caicedo, Enzo Fernandez and Conor Gallagher.
