Enzo Maresca will be hoping to be inspired by a performance tonight that makes him reconsider his Premier League line-up in future weeks.

This recently happened with Pedro Neto. The Portugal international has graduated from the cup side to the full Premier League XI.

With him likely not to be starting on the wing tonight for the Blues, the chance could crop up for youngster Tyrique George to make his mark.

Tyrique George expected to start for Chelsea vs Noah

George is expected to be involved against Noah after not featuring for the youth side earlier this week, however it seems is being tipped to play a seriously big part in the game.

The Evening Standard have predicted the 18-year-old will be named as a starter on the wing at Stamford Bridge tonight.

It would be the Englishman’s first start for the senior side, and a testament to just how impressive he has been since coming through the ranks at the club.

George certainly made his mark on Maresca during pre-season, with the manager not afraid to hand him some decent minutes alongside his plethora of attacking talent.

Jadon Sancho and Cole Palmer injured

His predicted start tonight would come in place of Jadon Sancho. Maresca ruled Sancho out of the game due to injury.

Cole Palmer is also suffering with a knock at the moment, leaving everyone worried that he will not be able to feature at the weekend against Arsenal.

Maresca said he hopes Palmer will be fit, although did admit it could be seen as a risk if he plays from the start on Sunday.
