Chelsea winger Mykhailo Mudryk looks like he could be available for his side’s next game against Burnley on Saturday after being pictured in training.

Mykhailo Mudryk was taken off injured in the Blues’ 2-0 win versus Fulham on Monday and the Evening Standard reported that he was still being assessed yesterday.

However, since then, Chelsea’s official website has confirmed that the 22-year-old has trained and shared a picture of him on grass at Cobham.

It will come as a huge boost to Mauricio Pochettino, with Mudryk finally starting to find some form.

It was the Ukrainian who gave Chelsea the lead at Craven Cottage, scoring his first goal for the club before Armando Broja netted shortly after to make it 2-0.

Mykhailo Mudryk should start against Burnley

If Mudryk is fit enough to feature in the game at Turf Moor on Saturday, we think he has to start.

Again, the Ukraine international is finally starting to find his feet and Ben Chilwell, who has been Pochettino’s other option for the left wing this season, is out injured.

It would be a bit of a surprise, then, if Mudryk did not retain his place in the team.

Broja is another player who will be hoping to get the nod for the clash against Vincent Kompany’s side.

Nicolas Jackson will be available again after serving his suspension, but he was not in the best of form prior to his ban, while Broja has just come in and managed to find the back of the net, equalling the Senegal international’s Premier League tally.
