A video showing the entire fit Chelsea squad training ahead of the Liverpool match on Football Daily did not include forward Kai Havertz.
The German scored the only goal of the game when the Blues returned to winning ways with a 1-0 win over London rivals Crystal Palace.
The strike was his sixth of the season in all competitions, as he looks to try and become a more regular asset in front of goal for the club.

He may be beginning to feel the pressure mounting on him over his place in the side. While he has only played an hour for the team, Joao Felix looked extremely bright in his debut against Fulham.
There is also the upcoming signing of Christopher Nkunku to deal with for the German. While they don’t currently play the same position, Havertz’s ideal position could be under fire with the introduction of the France international.
Havertz not seen in training
He may not have the opportunity to prove himself this weekend though. In a video showing the Blues warming up today, the 23-year-old was not seen.
New signing Mykhailo Mudryk was seen with his new teammates, while injured pair Reece James and Ben Chilwell were seen with the first team for the first time in a while.

No Havertz would likely see a return to the starting line-up for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, given he is the only recognised central striker option available for the game.
Armando Broja is out for the rest of the season, whilst Joao Felix’s debut red card means he still has another two games to miss.
There had been a reported breakdown in the relationship between Graham Potter and the former Arsenal and Barcelona striker, after he was substituted in a game against Manchester City despite not actually starting.
