Pundit Jamie Carragher was full of praise for the performance of former Chelsea star Ruben Loftus-Cheek in the Champions League last night.
He was extremely complimentary of the 27-year-old to CBS Sport after his performance in AC Milan’s crucial victory over PSG in Europe.
Loftus-Cheek has been superb ever since he left Stamford Bridge over the summer in a search for regular game time, which he has found with the Serie A side.

Alongside a whole host of former Blues such as Christian Pulisic and Olivier Giroud, the England international has proven to be a superb addition so far this season.
Currently sitting third in the league, last night attention turned to the Champions League as they found themselves in a must-win scenario against PSG.
They did get through 2-1, with Rafael Leao, a former target of the Blues, scoring a great goal to originally get them back on track.

This was backed up by an equally good goal scored by Giroud, who continued to show what he’s all about at the age of 37.
After the game, Carragher made sure to let Loftus-Cheek know straight away just how impressive his own performance had been.
He said: “Man of the match tonight, Ruben. Are you enjoying it in Milan?”
The midfielder replied: “I’m really enjoying it. It’s been tough over the last month being injured but I really wanted to come back for this match to try and help the team and it was crucial to try and win tonight.”
Despite his strong showings, it doesn’t feel as if he is being missed too much at Stamford Bridge so far.
The midfield is certainly a position they are strong in, with the likes of Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caicedo holding down the fort.
