It is expected that medical teams across the Premier League are going to be busy over the next 24 hours, particularly with players from Chelsea.
The Blues are looking to confirm a number of exits before the transfer window slams shut tonight, with some individuals completely out of the picture under Enzo Maresca.
One of those is Carney Chukwuemeka, however his torrid spell at Stamford Bridge looks as if it is about to end with a loan to Borussia Dortmund.

Another player who will no doubt have been desperate for his time at Chelsea to come to an end is Ben Chilwell. Just months after being the vice-captain of the club, he is now out of the picture completely.
Chelsea’s Ben Chilwell having medical right now for loan move to Crystal Palace
With one appearance to his name all season, it is clear Maresca has no plans for the England international.
Last night saw reports that Crystal Palace had reached an agreement with the club over a loan deal until the end of the season.
Now, according to Fabrizio Romano, the left-back is currently undergoing his medical ahead of the move across London.
He said: “Ben Chilwell, set for medical tests now at Crystal Palace to join the club on loan.
“Chelsea approved all documents now waiting for medical and then sign. Here we go.”
Ben Chilwell out of favour at Chelsea

After joining the club for £50m and becoming one of their most expensive defenders of all time, plenty was expected of Chilwell.
However, the England international has suffered numerous injuries over the past few seasons, with his affecting his career for both club and country.
Palace have already lost a player to Chelsea in this transfer window, with Trevoh Chalobah making the move back to Stamford Bridge after his loan was cut short.
They have been keen to sign a left-back for a while now, and will have a great chance to bring in Chilwell on a permanent deal if they desire at the end of the campaign, with the Blues certainly keen on a sale at the end of the campaign.
