Journalist Bobby Vincent has now claimed one Chelsea player was actually warming up on his own before today’s defeat to Everton.
He took to Twitter to state that Marc Cucurella was working on his heading on his own before he took to the pitch at Goodison Park.
Chelsea were soundly beaten 2-0 by Everton last night, making it consecutive defeats in games that they will really feel like they could have got more out of.

The game could end up being overshadowed by injury concerns for the Blues, with them picking up some issues at the back.
Reece James was yet again forced off with an injury midway through the first half, with him very much not fully leaving his injury concerns behind him.
It was quickly claimed that it was a hamstring issue that the player had suffered, with it not being the first time he has been plagued by this in the early years of his career.
Cucurella warmed up alone
Another player who seemingly suffered an issue was Cucurella, with Mauricio Pochettino hinting it could be a bit of a long-term issue for the Spaniard.
It was the 25-year-old who prepared for the game slightly differently too. Vincent has claimed that he warmed up on his own.
He said: “Marc Cucurella is out there doing his own individual heading warm-up. Maybe a sign of how Chelsea believe Everton will play today.”
Cucurella was forced to adapt his game midway through the first half when James went off injured, with the England international replaced by Levi Colwill.
This pushed the natural left-sided man out to the right, with it not being the first time he has been out of position for Pochettino.
