Chelsea youngsters Cole Palmer and Noni Madueke are now starting to show flashes of excellence on the pitch.
That is according to BBC Sport pundit Pat Nevin.
Cole Palmer, 21, has certainly hit the ground running in Chelsea colours following his arrival from Manchester City in the summer transfer window.
The attacker is impressing for the Blues after starting the last three club games, with his composure in the final third adding a creative spark to Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
He had to withdraw from England’s Under-21s camp last week with a dead leg. Fortunately, London World reports that Palmer is still expected to play a part this Saturday when Chelsea host Arsenal in the Premier League.
As for Noni Madueke, the 21-year-old winger scored three goals in two games for England’s U21s during the October international break.
He’s found chances harder to come by under Pochettino so far at Chelsea, but there’s no doubting his individual talent and potential.

Pat Nevin has suggested he’s very excited about the futures of both Palmer and Madueke at Stamford Bridge. Furthermore, their presence has helped senior Blues forward Raheem Sterling raise his own levels.
Nevin told BBC Sport: “The first shoots of a bright future are beginning to show with Noni Madueke brilliant for England Under-21s and Cole Palmer off the mark for the Chelsea first team. They seem to have raised Raheem Sterling’s performances, as he sees them as serious competitors for his position.”

It’s nice to know that Pochettino may have a real headache this weekend when it comes to selecting his Chelsea line-up, especially in the attacking positions.
We have Sterling, Madueke and Palmer all fighting for wide roles. Also, there’s a rejuvenated Mykhailo Mudryk to throw into the mix.
The Blues are likely to face a massive test this weekend against Arsenal, but the hosts definitely have the tools to cause havoc on the counter-attack at Stamford Bridge.
