Some have been critical of the transfer policy which has been instilled into Chelsea by the new owners of the club.
Todd Boehly has made it clear that he is keen for the club to be setup so they have a bright future ahead, and this has mainly been done via the addition of many young, talented players.
Chelsea think they have hit the jackpot with the signing of Estevao Willian, who will be joining the Blues at the end of this season.

Chelsea agree deal for promising youngster Dastan Satpaev
There are currently plans for Estevao to be a first team player instantly at Stamford Bridge, although the production line of illustrious young talent will continue.
It looks as if the latest name set to be added to that list is Kazakhstan youngster Dastan Satpaev from FC Kairat.
Satpaev was reportedly on trial at Chelsea after showing promising signs in the early stages of his career.
And this trial seems to have been a success. BBC Sport have reported that Chelsea are preparing to finalise a deal that would see him permanently move to the West London side.

Dastan Satpaev’s impressive statistics
Many will not recognise the youngster’s name as one who could make a big impact in the future, however he is already showing signs on the pitch that he could become a serious goalscorer.
Satpaev managed 19 goals in 12 games in 2024, whilst also contributing 7 assists to total more than two goal contributions a game.
Stats of this magnitude have most recently been seen by youngster Chido Obi-Martin when he was with Arsenal. He has continued that run after making a high-profile move to Manchester United.
Obviously the road to the first team at Chelsea is going to be long and winding for the Kazakh, however passing his trial suggests that he is on the right path to working his way up at Cobham.
