Reports have claimed that Chelsea are now planning to sell one of their key first team players at the end of this season.
According to Graeme Bailey and HITC, Chelsea are looking forward to a future with a youthful core, and this does not seem to include current winger Raheem Sterling.
Sterling has been one of the players who has played the most for Mauricio Pochettino at Stamford Bridge this season.

He has notched up 30 appearances in all competitions, scoring seven goals and assisting five others across the Premier League, FA Cup and EFL Cup.
However, a showcase of perhaps where the club are looking to go is the fact that he has been named on the bench in the last two games for the club.
These have coincided with two big wins against Aston Villa and Crystal Palace that have begun to turn around the feeling of the fanbase.
Chelsea looking to sell Sterling
Sterling was brought in right at the start of the Todd Boehly era for a fee of around £50m, with him looking to bring his form from Manchester City to Stamford Bridge.
It is fair to say that things have not really worked out for the England international, with him also losing out on his place in the international side too.
There are a plethora of young options in his positions already at Stamford Bridge, and it doesn’t look as if they are going to be done buying in those areas for the foreseeable future.
The likes of Mykhailo Mudryk and Noni Madueke have a lot of expectation on them to become success stories here, and players like Sterling will be taking the minutes away from them at an important stage of their careers.
It remains to be seen if any top teams would be interested in making a move for Sterling this summer.
