According to the Manchester Evening News, the Blues are weighing up a move for Oscar Bobb, hoping for a similar result to the impact made by Cole Palmer at Stamford Bridge.
Pep Guardiola has already been really impressed by the winger during this pre-season campaign, describing him as ‘incredible’.
Despite impressing during his time on the pitch last season, appearances and minutes have become few and far between for Bobb.

The parallels with Palmer there are clear to see, and the fact he was one of the most impressive players in the Premier League last season will no doubt weigh on his mind.
Any left-winger coming into the club will be competing for minutes with both Mykhailo Mudryk and Raheem Sterling, with neither establishing themselves as a guaranteed starter up to now.
Last night’s friendly against Wrexham saw Tyrique George start in the wide position, and impress a lot in his first appearance as a first team player.
Sterling was brought on to replace him at half-time, however was unable to have the impact he will have been hoping for as he enters last chance territory at Stamford Bridge.
