Chelsea are set for a number of player sales this summer, and it seems not even new signings are completely safe if the right deal comes in.

Despite the hiring of Xabi Alonso and the excitement that has come with that deal, there is an expectation that at least one big name will depart this summer.

Enzo Fernandez is being strongly linked with Real Madrid, where he would likely get to work under former Blues boss Jose Mourinho.

Chelsea could sell Emanuel Emegha before he even plays for them

Marc Cucurella is also reportedly pursuing a move away, with Atletico Madrid one of the sides keen on bringing him in this summer.

With more new signings expected, Chelsea will already be welcoming Emanuel Emegha to the club from Strasbourg, after securing his signature a number of months ago.

Despite not yet even making his debut for the club, journalist Aaron Ramiro has stated that there is already Premier League interest in his services.

He said: “Crystal Palace have made initial enquiries over a potential deal for Netherlands and Chelsea bound striker Emmanuel Emegha.”

Palace are potentially going to be going into next season without star striker Jean-Phillippe Mateta, after he pushed hard for a move away in January.

Chelsea looking to sell strikers this summer

Other than Joao Pedro, it seems as if no one is safe as far as Chelsea are concerned when it comes to their current crop of strikers.

Liam Delap did not impress in his first campaign at the club, with plenty of other Premier League sides interested in signing him.

There is also the future of Nicolas Jackson left up in the air. He is set to return to the club after Bayern Munich decided not to make his loan move permanent.

A clear suitor has so far not come to the fore when it comes to the Senegal international, and he may get the chance to be reintegrated under Alonso this summer.
