Noni Madueke left Chelsea supporters desperate to see more of him after his impressive performance yesterday for his country.
England’s Under-21s side thrashed Serbia 9-1 last night in a qualifying match at the City Ground.
Blues star Cole Palmer captained Lee Carsley’s Young Lions last night, but he was forced off with an injury concern early in the second half.
Meanwhile, Chelsea teammate Noni Madueke had an evening to remember with a second-half brace.

Madueke’s had a very quiet start to the season so far in Chelsea colours, playing just four games since Mauricio Pochettino took charge at Stamford Bridge.
However, the 21-year-old attacker reminded everyone of his qualities this week on the international stage.
The right-winger got some useful minutes under his belt after starting and impressing for England’s dominant U21s.
He contributed with two goals to the thrashing, both cultured finishes on his favoured left foot. His direct dribbling caused havoc to the Serbia defence, too.
This is someone Frank Lampard previously tipped to be a “big player” for Chelsea moving forward in the future, as quoted by Steven Bartlett’s ‘Diary of a CEO’ podcast.

A selection of Chelsea fans on social media believe Madueke is a special talent after watching him for England.
Here are some Blues supporters on X saying that Madueke needs more chances to play at Stamford Bridge:
