Enzo Maresca has faced a tough task of keeping everyone happy at Chelsea with their minutes this season.
The manager has come in to a large squad of players wanting first team action, with it still being added to during the last transfer window.
Christopher Nkunku is reportedly growing concerned at the lack of minutes he is receiving. The Frenchman hasn’t started in the Premier League since the opening game of the season.
He is at least finding himself regular minutes in the Conference League, which someone like Carney Chukwuemeka cannot say the same.

Chelsea fans desperate to see more of Carney Chukwuemeka
The midfielder has a combined 27 minutes played in all competitions this season, and has not been seen even on the bench in the Premier League.
Chelsea fans have taken to Twitter to plead with the club to hand him more opportunities before his time at the club is up.
One user said: “Just want to see Carney Chukwuemeka get some proper minutes. I simply have no idea why Maresca is refusing to play him — and why the club signed KDH in his position. Carney is an elite talent.”
Another added: “Enzo isn’t playing well but is still getting chances. KDH isn’t playing well but is still getting chances. Casadei has never played well but is still somewhat getting chances Meanwhile, Chukwuemeka has always shown real promise but is getting no chances.”
A third said: “The only player out of the list of players frozen out by the new ownership that genuinely bothers me, his treatment makes absolutely no sense to me…”
Another stated: “He’s brilliant and he fits in the system but I don’t know why he’s not getting chances.”
Chukwuemeka could be leaving
There have been reports that Chukwuemeka could be on the move when the transfer window opens again.
AC Milan chiefs are ‘obsessed’ by signing Chukwuemeka, although will have to part ways with a lot of money to get the deal over the line.
The youngster has a reported £40m release clause in his contract, and has shown a lot of promise whenever he has been given a chance.
However, injuries have played a part in him not developing like many had hoped, and this could eventually be the factor as to why his time at Stamford Bridge does not work out.
