Reports have recently stated that Chelsea are open to the idea of Nicolas Jackson returning to the first team squad next season, however Blues fans are not so convinced.
Jackson is alongside Mamadou Sarr in the Senegal squad for the upcoming World Cup, where they will take on Malo Gusto’s France in the group stages.
The AFCON finalists are hoping for a big tournament, however saw their preparations hit a bump in the road with a 0-0 draw with Saudi Arabia.

Chelsea fans say no to Nicolas Jackson return after Senegal red card
Senegalese media were not happy with Jackson, who was sent off late in the game ahead of a tournament where he is playing to impress potential suitors.
Jackson has been tipped to have a chance at Chelsea because of his flexibility to play anywhere across the frontline.
Chelsea fans have taken to social media to give their thoughts on the possible return, and are firmly against him coming back next season.

One user said: “Nicolas Jackson: – Comes on in the 62nd minute – Misses a tap in – 82nd minute, gets a yellow yard – 84th minute, gets a 2nd yellow card This is the SAME Jackson, he hasn’t changed 1 bit at Bayern. Same immature player, he’s no better than Delap.”
Another added: “Nicolas Jackson should never come back to Chelsea.”
A third stated: “Nicolas Jackson hasn’t changed one bit. Decent player but laughable discipline. Bye.”
Another claimed: “Some lads just never change… Two yellows in two minutes, missing a tap-in, same old Jackson. Cash in quick before he does it in a Chelsea shirt again.”
Finally, one user said: “Nicolas Jackson is gona frustrate the hell out of us next season if he stays, that’s for sure…”
Xabi Alonso has his SEVEN Chelsea ‘untouchables’ 👀
Do you agree with them?
Discipline has become a real problem for Jackson since he joined Chelsea. He was sent off against Flamengo at the Club World Cup, just weeks after he saw red against Newcastle in the Premier League.
Jackson’s red card will not see him banned from Senegal’s opening game of the World Cup, which is against France.
They have been drawn in a tricky group at this year’s tournament, with Erling Haaland’s Norway awaiting them too.
Xabi Alonso will no doubt be keeping a close eye on Jackson’s performances to see if he sees any potential he can use for his own Chelsea side next year.
