Chelsea hero Ramires gives advice to Estevao Willian after electric start at Stamford Bridge

One of Chelsea’s new signings is now one of the brightest talents at Stamford Bridge, however former Blue Ramires has been quick to give him two key pieces of advice to keep him on the right track.

There is plenty of excitement around Estevao Willian after his move was finally made official this summer, with it not taking long for him to force his way into Enzo Maresca’s plans.

Maresca wanted to ease Estevao into action given the fact that he is so young, however the Brazilian has started the last two Premier League games, impressing in both.

Trevoh Chalobah has predicted big things for Estevao already, and it really does feel as if the world is at his feet right now.

Ramires gives advice to Chelsea wonderkid Estevao Willian

The youngster will need good advice where he can get it, and countryman Ramires has been keen to give some tips to him and Joao Pedro for how they can build on their strong starts at Stamford Bridge.

The former midfielder told Simon Phillips’ Substack that the pair needed to stay focused on the task ahead, as well as humble after making excellent starts for their new clubs.

He said: “They are two young talents with a lot of future. Pedro is fast, creative, has the courage to go for it. Estevão, we already see that he has something different, a strong personality even at a young age.

“If they stay focused and humble, they will certainly give a lot of joy to all of us who support Chelsea over the next few years.”

Estevao continuing excellent club form with Brazil

After making a few brief appearances for his country already, Carlo Ancelotti handed Estevao a start for his country during the international break.

The youngster repaid this faith by scoring his first goal for Brazil, becoming the youngest player since Pele to score a competitive goal for the South American giants.

Starting alongside Pedro, there was a real Chelsea feel to Ancelotti’s side, with Andrey Santos also coming off the bench.

Ramires has already praised Santos, stating that he believes he can be a key first team player for the Blues going forwards.
