One of the key features of Chelsea that fans were keen to protest before their last game against Southampton was the project being led around signing younger players.
Despite very obvious concerns with Enzo Maresca’s first team at the moment, Todd Boehly and co have been keen to keep the talent coming through the door from around the world.
In the face of these protests, Chelsea are able to boast the talents of Estevao Willian as the exact reason why they are operating the way they are.
Estevao joins the first team next season, and is not expected to leave on loan when he arrives as a testament to how much excitement there is about what he can do for the Blues.
There was plenty of competition for the youngster’s signature before he committed his future to the Blues, with them beating PSG to Estevao’s signature.

With Kendry Paez also set to join the Blues, South America has proven a hotbed for talent as far as they are concerned.
It looks like they have their sights set on Argentine talent Ian Subiabre, with them still looking to bring in some of the world’s most promising talents.
The winger recently turned heads at the U20 South American Championships, a competition where Devid Washington starred before completing a loan move back to Brazil.

Journalist Uriel Iugt has claimed that Chelsea are set to meet with the agent of Subiabre in an attempt to convince him to join them for the future.
He said: “Next week there will be a meeting in London between the sporting director of Chelsea and Ian Subiabre’s agent.
“The footballer has been closely followed and he left very good impressions at the South American Under-20 Championship. They will also join with other clubs.”
Who is Ian Subiabre?
Subiabre has played all along the frontline since breaking through as a first team player at River Plate.
The 18-year-old has four appearances off the bench for the Argentine side, however the majority of his good work has been done for youth sides.
Subiabre has three goals in eight games for the Argentina U20s since his debut in January, with him finding the net in a 6-0 win over eventual winners Brazil.
Chelsea fans will be hoping that the potential signing doesn’t impact the club’s transfer budget for the first team squad, with a number of positions needing addressing in their current side.
