Pundit Chris Sutton has claimed that Chelsea have currently put themselves in a corner when it comes to the future of Mauricio Pochettino in charge.
He told BBC 5 Live’s ‘Monday Night Club’ that he believes they have no choice but to stick with the Argentine after the reputation they have built for themselves in their current project.
Pochettino has been under pressure for a fair few weeks now off the back of inconsistent performances and results at Stamford Bridge.

It has been reported that even those on the board are undecided over what the future should hold for the boss.
After failing to win his first trophy in English football at Wembley last month, supporters seem to have lost faith in their future with him in charge.
Sutton however has claimed that the Blues have put themselves in a corner and must stick with Pochettino if they want to stick with their current project.
Sutton says no choice over keeping Pochettino
He said: “I don’t think they have any option, really. If you believe in the way they have gone about it and the way they have structured the club. I don’t think they have any option, they can’t keep firing managers.”
It has been claimed that some at the club are already looking elsewhere for potential candidates to replace the boss if they decided they needed to do so.
Ruben Amorim has frequently been mentioned as the number one candidate for some at the club, after they considered him before deciding on their current boss.
They will be under the impression that he would be a lot harder to acquire this time round, with Fabrizio Romano stating that it would not be a cheap experiment either.
Other options that have been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge have included Roberto de Zerbi, if the club dare approach Brighton for another member of staff again.
