Chelsea’s transfer business ever since the new ownership came into the club has been well documented and scrutinised.

Todd Boehly has overseen the club spending £1billion on transfers, with them smashing their record fee twice to sign Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caicedo.

Rio Ferdinand has described the situation as ‘madness’, with many wondering how all of their signings are going to be given the chance to make their mark at Stamford Bridge.

A lot of the money spent has been on players who haven’t even made their debuts for the club yet, and are set to join up with he first team in the future.

One of those is Estevao Willian, who has continued to make an impact over in Brazil before his permanent switch.

Estevao Willian a ‘generational’ signing

David Ornstein has claimed that he has been told that the Blues are making what could end up being a ‘generational’ signing.

He told Rio Reacts: “When I hear about the young player who Chelsea have signed from Brazil, Estevao, people there who know that market talk about him as being an absolute generational talent, he’s gonna be a star. Not one person I’ve spoken to has said anything different about a player like that.”

Estevao has already begun to mimic Cole Palmer in his celebrations for goals when in Brazil, something which has been noticed by the England international.

He is just one of the really exciting talents who are set to join up with Chelsea next summer.

Kendry Paez to join Chelsea next summer

Kendry Paez, who was a starter for the Ecuador senior side at the Copa America this summer, is also set to join up with the squad for pre-season in a year’s time.

Both are going to be looking to feature in the attack pretty much straight away, meaning there could be real competition for places for those already at the club.

There are already links for Noni Madueke to leave the Blues, with him linked with a move across the Premier League to Newcastle.
