Premier League goalkeeper Ben Foster thinks that Chelsea youngster Conor Gallagher is a super talent worth at least £70million already.
Gallagher, 22, is an exciting Blues prospect that’s spent this season away from Stamford Bridge on another loan spell.
The box-to-box central midfielder has been a huge success with loan club Crystal Palace, scoring eight goals and making five assists in 35 appearances for them.
Palace have reportedly made an approach to try sign Gallagher on a permanent basis.
Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel claimed last month he can picture the 22-year-old as part of his squad at the Bridge, though.
Watford’s Foster is a huge admirer of the Chelsea loanee:
“I don’t think £50m is enough to buy Conor Gallagher. If Palace were to try buy him, it’s got to be £70m-plus,” Foster said.
“All I can say is playing against Conor Gallagher, beautiful player. He’s got it. He will be a player, a baller.
“They (Chelsea) have to play him. He’s shown now he can do it. He’s doing it week in week out. Honestly he’s got everything.”

New signing for Chelsea
Gallagher’s going to feel like a top-class signing when he links up with the squad for pre-season.
However, the club won’t have to spend a penny on signing their academy graduate.
He will return to West London as a player that’s been excellent for a whole season in the Premier League, as well as becoming a senior England international recently.
There’s been a clear buzz around Gallagher since the early weeks of the season, so it’s been great to see him cope with that pressure. The intensity will be ramped up a notch if he’s a Chelsea regular next campaign, though.
The fact he’s a genuine goalscoring midfielder should give him a real chance of forcing his way into Tuchel’s plans.
Will he be another talent from Cobham to follow in the footsteps of Mason Mount and Reece James?
Chelsea supporters can only wish Conor the best of luck.
