Enzo Maresca has had the challenge of managing a large squad of Chelsea players who will all feel like they are good enough to start in the Premier League.
The manager has utilised the Conference League to keep everyone playing this season, with the Blues boasting a 100% record in the competition.
The likes of Christopher Nkunku have been regulars in that competition, however struggled to turn that into Premier League minutes.

Enzo Maresca wants Chelsea to keep Marc Guiu in January
This has seen reports of frustration begin to surface, with Nkunku a target of a number of clubs ahead of the January transfer window.
One of the success stories of the Conference League this season is Marc Guiu, who sits on six goals in the competition so far.
Joe Cole has stated that he can’t believe Chelsea were able to sign Guiu for such a cheap fee, with him joining from Barcelona over the summer.
Despite not yet starting in the Premier League, the striker has proven to be learning quickly, and has been part of first team training as apposed to working with the academy sides.
According to The Athletic, Maresca has made it clear that he wants Guiu to stay when the January transfer window opens.
Could Marc Guiu leave on loan?
Guiu’s impressive start to life at Stamford Bridge has not gone unnoticed around Europe by sides thinking there is an opportunity to temporarily strengthen their side.
Previous reports stated that Maresca was happy for him to leave on loan, however it seems his performances have changed the manager’s mind on that.
Chelsea fans don’t want to see Guiu go on loan, however with their Conference League campaign on hold until March, minutes are going to be hard to come by ahead of the likes of Nkunku and Nicolas Jackson.
