Enzo Maresca has impressed greatly since becoming Chelsea manager over the summer in just his first season as a Premier League manager.
The Blues currently sit in the top four of the league, and the boss is surely in with a good chance of picking up the Manager of the Month award for September after an unbeaten month in all competitions.
Maresca seems to have found a way to get even more out of Cole Palmer in this Chelsea side. The England international is getting a lot of shouts right now for the best player in the Premier League.

While this is the Italian’s first job as a proper head coach of a Premier League club, he has experience working in the league with both Manchester City and West Ham.
When he was with the Hammers, his side were in a seven-game winless run when they visited Stamford Bridge to take on Chelsea in 2019.

His side were victorious 1-0 on that day, and it emerged after the game that Maresca was key to his side setting up in a way that they could win the game.
It was even claimed by The Guardian after the game that the Italian had a chance of stepping in as interim manager as a result of that victory.
Five years before he came to Chelsea, the boss was already showing that he had the makings of a seriously talented manager.
Chelsea beat West Ham 3-0
West Ham were on the wrong end of Maresca’s genius this season when the Blues picked up a 3-0 win at the London Stadium.
Nicolas Jackson was the star of the show that day, with him running the Hammers’ defence and midfield ragged.
The Blues are approaching some big games in the coming weeks which will really test if they are up to the challenge of remaining near the top of the league.
