Chelsea made plenty of new signings over the summer as they looked to give the best possible backing to their new manager.
Enzo Maresca has made a positive start to life at Stamford Bridge, with the Blues surprising some with their strong beginning to the season.
Some of their new signings in particular have made a very positive impression already. Jadon Sancho looks reborn as a player since he made the switch from Manchester United.
He was also not afraid to raid his old side, taking Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall off them in order to get a player through the door who knew exactly what was required of the boss.
If reports are to be believed, Maresca was looking to raid Leicester even further during the recent transfer window and sign their goalkeeper, Mads Hermansen.

Maresca wanted to sign Mads Hermansen this summer
Former player Matt Piper has stated that the Italian wanted to bring him in, whilst also stating that he believes he will still be keeping a close eye on him.
He said to ‘When You’re Smiling’: “Maresca wanted to take him [Hermansen] to Chelsea, that deal did not get done. But I am sure Enzo will still be looking at him. The contrast between the two [Sanchez and Hermansen], Hermansen is wonderful with the ball at his feet.”
Robert Sanchez disappoints for Chelsea
Hermansen captured a lot of attention over the weekend with a sensational performance against Arsenal, despite the fact his side were defeated 4-2.
On the contrary, Robert Sanchez disappointed for Chelsea on Saturday as they picked up their own 4-2 win.
The Spaniard was at fault for both goals against his former side, and supporters have not been convinced by him since he joined the Blues a year ago.
They did try and address the position over the summer with the signing of Filip Jorgensen, however he is yet to start a Premier League game up to now.
