Fabrizio Romano has claimed that Chelsea are firmly of the belief that one of their youngsters has the potential to be absolutely brilliant.
He took to Twitter to state that the Blues believe that Andrey Santos has the capacity to be a seriously top talent, although acknowledge that their next decision regarding his future is going to be crucial.
Santos is set to return to Stamford Bridge this week after he endured a nightmare loan spell with fellow Premier League side Nottingham Forest.

He has featured for mere minutes in the Premier League, while starting just one game in the League Cup too during the early stages of the season.
It has since emerged that former manager Steve Cooper was not really even aware of some of the signings being made for him during the last summer transfer window, and it certainly feels this was the case for the Brazilian.
With the Blues having no more overseas loan spells spots available, a move that keeps him in England will be the only option if they want to move him on again.
Chelsea believe Santos will be a star
Romano has claimed that they are planning the next move carefully, as they have the belief that he can be a crucial player for them.
He said: “Chelsea will recall Andrey Santos from loan at Nottingham Forest, plan still the same as decision was made early December.
“Club planning to look at new solutions for Andrey believing he’s top talent with important potential but needs to play on regular basis.”
It has been claimed today that Crystal Palace are reportedly interested in striking a deal with the Blues for the player, with a number of Championship sides also intrigued by the prospect of a deal.
Chelsea should focus on making sure wherever the destination he goes is, regular football is available for him after he missed pretty much the entire first half of the season up in Nottingham.
