'Forever one of us': Some Chelsea fans love John Terry's celebration against Arsenal

Some Chelsea fans on Twitter enjoyed John Terry’s passionate celebration as Aston Villa secured a 1-0 win against Arsenal on Saturday.

From Chelsea’s point of view, Arsenal are not only rivals but also potential competitors in the top four race.

Obviously, Aston Villa who now sit in eighth place, just one point behind Chelsea, are arguably an even bigger threat to their top four hope.

But the rivalry runs deep between the two London sides — and some of Chelsea fans on social media relished the club legend’s celebration as Villa’s Oliver Watkins scored the eventual game-winning goal against Arsenal.

Here are some of the reactions from Chelsea fans on Twitter:

Writing on Instagram, Terry said: “What a win and what a performance. Think I was happy with that one.”

A certain familiar face Salomon Kalou popped up in the comment section, saying: “Classic celebration JT style.”

In another news, Chelsea duo have returned to training ahead of Sunday’s trip to Sheffield United.
