Richard Keys has taken to Twitter to slam the potential decision made by Todd Boehly to hire Mauricio Pochettino as the new Chelsea manager.
The former Spurs boss has now got a clear run at the job after a number of other top candidates have fallen to the wayside for a variety of reasons.
Julian Nagelsmann was touted by many as the favourite at one stage, after he was unceremoniously let go by Bayern Munich.

While they appointed former Blue Thomas Tuchel, reports continued to state that Chelsea were keen on bringing the German in from the summer, the time he desired to return to management.
However, he began to get spooked at a lengthy recruitment process, where fellow candidates began to emerge as viable options.
One of those has been Pochettino, who was close to getting the job when Graham Potter was handed it earlier this season.
It has not proven to be a popular decision amongst every pundit in the game, with some questioning if he has the ability to match the likes of Pep Guardiola in the Premier League.

Keys has now claimed that his time in management can best be described as an ‘expert in failure’.
He said: “I found myself thinking ‘I hope Boehly knows what he’s doing’ but we know he doesn’t. Let’s hope Poch has changed. So far he’s only an expert in failure – all Daniel Levy’s fault of course.”
Keys has already claimed that a combination of Jose Mourinho and John Terry at the helm would be the best idea for the Blues to go ahead with, in an attempt to get a broken fanbase back onside.
