BBC Sport pundit Garth Crooks has been speaking about Enzo Fernandez after naming the Chelsea midfielder in his Team of the Week.
Enzo Fernandez inspired Chelsea to a 3-2 win against Brighton & Hove Albion yesterday after scoring twice for Mauricio Pochettino‘s side.
As a result, Garth Crooks decided to name the 22-year-old in his Team of the Week for BBC Sport.
Fernandez’s goals versus Brighton were his first in the Premier League. Before the game, former Chelsea player Scott Minto said he wanted to see more from the Argentine.
Garth Crooks makes Enzo Fernandez claim
According to Crooks, Fernandez will not score two goals more important than the ones he managed against the Seagulls.
In his Team of the Week column for BBC Sport, the former Tottenham Hotspur forward said: “You can’t score two goals and win the game for your team with 10 men, and not get in my team. I’ve seen Fernandez have better games, but he won’t score two more important goals.”

Will Enzo Fernandez score more important goals for Chelsea?
This season, maybe not. His header and penalty against Roberto De Zerbi’s side were huge and he has not exactly been a goalscoring midfielder at Chelsea, so we are not expecting him to become a match-winner all of a sudden.
The Blues really needed to win yesterday after their 4-1 loss to Newcastle United, so Fernandez’s goals were obviously massive.
Pochettino’s men are now 10 points behind fourth-placed Aston Villa, which is not an impossible deficit to cut.
There are a lot of teams ahead of them, though, so there is a lot of work to do if Chelsea want to climb into the top four.
If Fernandez can bring more goals to the table, it could go a long way. But the Argentina international not being Frank Lampard is not one of the things costing the Blues right now. They never bought him to be that.
Rather, their ill-discipline is one thing that is hurting the team at the moment. Conor Gallagher is the latest Chelsea player to not show enough restraint, getting himself sent off yesterday. Fortunately for the club, they were not made to pay for it.
