West Ham striker Michail Antonio has responded when asked whether he thinks Chelsea are going to finish above his side this season.
He told ‘The Footballer’s Football Podcast’ that he is struggling to come to a solid prediction on the matter after the Blues’ impressive performance against Arsenal at the weekend.
Antonio was one of the few pundits who gave Chelsea a chance in the game on Saturday, predicting that they would get a result against the unbeaten Gunners.

If it wasn’t for a Robert Sanchez mistake, this result would likely have been a victory after goals either side of half-time for Cole Palmer and Mykhailo Mudryk.
Nevertheless, it was another impressive display under Mauricio Pochettino for the Blues, who continue to perform better than their points total suggest they have.
Another side who have impressed this season are West Ham. David Moyes’ side currently sit two points above Chelsea in the table.
Antonio predicts Chelsea finish
When asked by co-host Callum Wilson which of the London sides would finish higher, Antonio refused to answer, although it felt like he was holding back what he actually thought.
He said: “Honestly this is a difficult. They have turned things around, they are playing some quality football, I said before the game I thought they would have beaten Arsenal. Sanchez made a mistake for the first goal but it is… I couldn’t say. My gut is not talking to me right now!

“You know what. Do I think they will finish above West Ham? Honestly, I don’t know! I couldn’t say!”
The Hammers picked up three points against Chelsea earlier this season, although it does feel like Pochettino has taken leaps and bounds since that day.
It’s another London derby for the Blues to look forward to right now, with them facing Brentford in the early fixture of the upcoming weekend.
