Chelsea fans are more frequently then most of the opinion that they are on the wrong end of decisions from referees during games.
There was annoyance from Enzo Maresca when Will Hughes was not sent off for Crystal Palace before the international break. His replacement off the bench assisted their equalising goal minutes later.
The Blues made history for the wrong reasons in their most recent game against Bournemouth with them being part of the Premier League game with the most yellow cards in history.

Howard Webb says no Chelsea penalty vs Manchester City the correct call
Their aggrievances with officials stems back all the way to the first game of the season at Stamford Bridge when they took on Manchester City.
They believed they were due a penalty after a potential handball from former Blue Mateo Kovacic in the penalty area. However, Howard Webb has claimed that with the new rules in place, the correct decision was made.

He said to Sky Sports: “It’s exactly the type of situation that might have been given as a penalty previously but people have said to us, ‘You’re giving way too many handballs.’ We don’t want players playing with arms behind their back. In this case, for handball, less is more, and it’s been well-received that we’re taking this approach.
“There are still some subjective elements to this because the arm is up. I’ve spoken to people around the world, some who think this was a handball offence. This then goes back to referee’s call, the on-field call being respected.”
Anthony Taylor removed from refereeing after Bournemouth vs Chelsea
Frustration from Chelsea fans to officials normally comes to the door of Anthony Taylor, with him being in charge against City and in the record-breaking game against Bournemouth at the weekend.
Perhaps a sign of him losing control on Saturday night, Taylor has been removed from refereeing for the upcoming set of Premier League fixtures.
Chelsea’s incredible record from the penalty spot is perhaps why they are so keen to be awarded spot kicks, with them finding a consistent taker in the form of Cole Palmer.
The England international is yet to miss from the spot for the Blues, although has not been given the chance to add to that record as of yet this season.
