For the second successive summer and pre-season tour of the United States, the Chelsea players have had a brand new system to get used to.
They are currently starting to understand the philosophies of Enzo Maresca, as he prepares for his first game as a Premier League manager.
There looks to have been some teething problems for Chelsea during pre-season. Questions have been left for Maresca that supporters certainly need answering.

There are a number of positions in the side up for grabs right now, and one of their new signings should feel confident that he can solidify his place in the team.
Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall already had a successful season under his belt under Maresca before his £30m switch to Stamford Bridge.

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall says Enzo Maresca has made him feel stupid
However, he said to the Mail Online that he still feels stupid at times due to how much his manager knows about the game.
He said: “I felt a bit stupid. ‘He was teaching me things on a daily basis that I didn’t know before. Within a week we were sold. I am getting the same feedback here with the lads.
“They’ve bought into it from minute one. When a player gets the ball, he knows exactly where his team-mates are. You don’t even need to look. You know the plan.”
Competition for places in midfield at Chelsea
While there is plenty of competition for places in midfield, the Englishman will feel confident that he can become a regular in that role.
There will always be the regular presence of Moises Caicedo and Enzo Fernandez, with Maresca hinting there may be a new plan for Fernandez this season in terms of his position on the pitch.
Romeo Lavia is another name who will be really keen for minutes, after he emerged as arguably the most impressive player from the pre-season tour.
These are big decisions Maresca has to make before the baptism of fire that awaits him in the form of Manchester City next weekend.
