Fabrizio Romano has claimed that Chelsea will look to sign another midfielder even if they secure a deal for Moises Caicedo.
He took to YouTube to state that it will all depend on how the club are doing when pre-season gets underway.
The Blues have honed in on Caicedo as their number one target to bring in this summer, as they look to strengthen in the middle of the park.

It is believed that the club are looking to find the perfect partner for Enzo Fernandez, who has impressed greatly since joining the club.
However, they are well aware that they can get even more out of the World Cup winner if they sign a player who allows him to show his skills a lot more.
The Ecuadorian proved himself as a sensational player in a Brighton side that were for sure overachieving in finishing in the European places.
Chelsea want another midfielder after Caicedo
Now, Romano has claimed that the Blues could move for yet another midfielder even if they bring in Caicedo this window.
He said: “Aside from Moisés Caicedo, I have heard Chelsea could sign another midfielder in the next few weeks. This will depend on preseason, but Chelsea will be busy with midfielders.”

There have been a number of options linked with coming to Stamford Bridge this summer, although they do finally look like they are set to lose out on Declan Rice to Arsenal.
One name who has been linked to a number of Premier League sides is Romeo Lavia, who recently suffered relegation to the Championship as a Southampton player.
The Blues are one of the sides interested in a deal, however will likely look to get the fee that the Saints are hoping for down a bit first.
