Chris Sutton ripped Chelsea attacker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to shreds after his performance in yesterday’s defeat against Manchester City.
Chelsea’s misery in the Premier League continued on Thursday night with a 1-0 home loss against Man City.
Riyad Mahrez’s second-half strike handed the visitors three points to help their title bid. Meanwhile, the Blues stay stranded 10th in the league table.

Aubameyang against Manchester City
For Aubameyang, he had an evening to forget at Stamford Bridge.
The £160,000-a-week forward started the game from the bench, but entered the action inside the opening five minutes after an injury to Raheem Sterling.
He made just 12 passes (WhoScored) before the substitute was subbed off in the 68th minute to be replaced by youngster Omari Hutchinson.
BBC pundit Sutton didn’t hold back with his criticism of Aubameyang yesterday:
“I thought Aubameyang was hopeless in truth, offered very little,” Sutton told BBC Radio 5 Live (9:36pm, 5 December).
“The Aubameyang substitution is really telling, it’s embarrassing. He’s been hauled off and rightly so.”

Ben Foster recently said he’s not surprised to see Aubameyang struggling at Chelsea this season.
The striker made a fairly positive start to his Blues career with a few goals early in the campaign, but his form has massively declined lately.
However, one saving grace for him should be the amount of injuries in the squad will surely hand him more opportunities to redeem himself in the games ahead.
