Chelsea are currently sweating on the fitness of one of their key players ahead of their next Premier League game.
Cole Palmer was on the receiving end of a horrible challenge from Lisandro Martinez during the Blues’ 1-1 draw with Manchester United on Sunday.
Chelsea sent Palmer for a scan and will be hoping that he is available again in time for the game against Arsenal on Sunday.

There is a narrative beginning to build, mostly amongst rival supporters, that the England international seems to not ever be at his best in these big games.
Jason Cundy defends Cole Palmer in big Chelsea games
Despite scoring against almost every single club he has played against in this league, the fact Palmer is now one of the best in the league has opened him up for criticism.
Jason Cundy has rubbished talk that this is the case, pointing out he is still in just his second season as a regular first team star.
He said to TalkSPORT: “[Cole Palmer going missing in big games] is such a lazy narrative, he’s not even into his second full year of regular first-team football. Have a day off, that’s ridiculous.”
Enzo Maresca will likely be planning for the worst right now in case Palmer is not fit enough to start for the Blues against Arsenal on Sunday.
Joao Felix to replace Palmer if injured?
He will likely use tomorrow night’s Conference League match as an audition for a number of players pushing for more minutes to decide who would replace him if required.
Joao Felix is certainly an option to replace Palmer, in what would be his first Premier League start of the season.
The Portugal international has had to wait patiently for his second spell at the club to really kick into gear, and maybe this slice of misfortune for one of his teammates could be the catalyst for that.
Felix will almost certainly start for the Blues in the Conference League tomorrow night against Noah.
Maresca had hinted that he was considering starting Palmer and Felix together soon anyway, suggesting he sees them as similar players.
