Jorginho could return to Chelsea starting line-up against Sheffield United as Billy Gilmour has reportedly injured his knee and is set to miss the rest of the season.
Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has opted for either N’Golo Kante and Gilmour to play the deep midfield role in the past six games since the Premier League restart.
Jorginho, who was suspended at the start of the resumption, has been pushed aside, with the 15 minutes cameo against Crystal Palace being his only recent appearance.

But the Italy international could reclaim his spot in the next game since Lampard may be out of options.
Kante is doubtful to be available after suffering a hamstring injury during the 3-0 win against Watford.
And now, according to a report from the Sun, Chelsea will also be without Gilmour who suffered a knee injury.

The report claimed “insiders at Stamford Bridge” fear the 19-year-old will be missing for the next four or five games, at the very least.
It is not all negative for Chelsea, though. The Times reporter Tom Roddy said Mateo Kovacic who had an Achilles injury, has returned to full training and is expected to be available for Saturday’s trip to Bramall Lane.
With matches coming every three days, injuries would be something to take an extra precaution over.
Lampard understandably wants to keep fielding his best eleven considering Champions League football is at stake, but it could also backfire in the long term.

Aside from back four and central forward, Lampard’s team sheet has relatively unchanged in recent games.
The likes of Christian Pulisic, Willian, Mason Mount and Ross Barkley have featured in every game since the competition restart.
