Mauricio Pochettino has done enough so far to win over all of Chelsea’s players.
That is according to well-respected journalist Simon Phillips.
Phillips has reported via his Substack on Thursday that he’s heard from his “top trusted source” that Mauricio Pochettino is very popular with the entire dressing room at Stamford Bridge.
Apparently, the Chelsea players all collectively love the 51-year-old head coach after working with him for only a couple of months.

There’s a lot of positive comments about Pochettino when you read player quotes in recent weeks. That’s not anything too unusual when a new manager arrives at a club, though.
However, the inside scoop that the squad is genuinely really behind him is massive news to celebrate.
It sounds like Pochettino’s reputation as a brilliant man-manager is justified!

We fully expect this young Chelsea group to gel further as the months go on and they have more time working under Pochettino’s instructions.
He’s got a sizeable job on his hands keeping a big squad happy without the extra European fixtures to play over the course of the season, but it feels like he’ll rotate as he works out his best line-up.
Pochettino will now take his Chelsea side to Bournemouth this Sunday as the Premier League actions returns. The Chelsea Chronicle has predicted the starting line-up he will pick.
