Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino was fuming with what he saw from his side in their 4-1 loss to Newcastle at the weekend.
Watching from the stands after his suspension from the touchline, all of the good things he saw during the impressive displays against Tottenham and Manchester City were nowhere to be seen in the North-East.
It was a mostly unchanged team from the one who went toe-to-toe with the reigning treble winners, however the desire that was shown that day was non-existent as they capitulated in the second half.

The boss was notably disappointed with club captain Reece James, who got himself sent off for two very foolish yellow cards.
He will now be suspended for next week’s Premier League game against Brighton, with him joined on the sidelines by Marc Cucurella who picked up his fifth yellow card.
While Pochettino will be scratching his head as to what to do at the back next week, he should also consider making a big change up top.
Pochettino should start Broja
Nicolas Jackson was a non-factor again against Newcastle, and normally he has had very little competition for his role up front.
However, Armando Broja has been back on the bench for a number of weeks now, and should be considered to be handed a rare Premier League start.
He scored in his first one of the season against Fulham, however quickly fell to a brief injury after he missed the best part of a year with an ACL issue.
Broja’s pace is something that is yet to be utilized since he returned, and the fact that there are forwards such as Mykhailo Mudryk and Raheem Sterling who can attack with pace suggests that they could form an impressive trio.
