Micah Richards was amazed last night by Jude Bellingham after his performance for Borussia Dortmund against Chelsea.

Bellingham, who’s just 19, captained Dortmund during their 1-0 home victory over Chelsea.

Karim Adeyemi’s second-half goal secured the Bundesliga giants a narrow win in the first leg of the Champions League last-16 tie. The teams lock horns again next month at Stamford Bridge for the second leg.

Jude Bellingham praise

Pundit Micah Richards raved about the Dortmund and England teenager following his latest display.

The all-action central midfielder didn’t quite steal the headlines like he usually does, but got through a lot of industrious and effective work against Premier League opposition.

When discussing Bellingham to CBS Sports, Richards said: “He’s a class act… He’s class whether he’s in a defensive role or whether he’s in an attacking role, his effect on the game, his game intelligence. He’s just got it all. I think big things for his future ahead.”

According to The Telegraph earlier this week, Chelsea’s owners will ‘move heaven and earth’ to try bring £100million-rated Bellingham to Stamford Bridge.

He’s a midfield colossus who’s a key figure now in the England national team. His influence at Dortmund is now at all-time high now, too.

Graham Potter’s side are reportedly desperate to sign Bellingham, who also has interest from Liverpool, Manchester City and Real Madrid.

There should be no doubt the youngster could thrive in the Premier League because he’s so physically strong and mature for his age.
