There’s a player in the squad that Chelsea supporters are desperate to see promoted into the starting line-up this weekend.
The Blues return to action in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon when they travel to Wolverhampton Wanderers, who actually beat them twice last season.
Chelsea head coach Enzo Maresca will be desperate for his side to get their first league points of the campaign on the board. How many changes will there be with the team selection, though?
There’s already been a piece of early team news after Maresca confirmed goalkeeper Robert Sanchez will start at Wolves, as quoted by Football London.

Chelsea fans demand Noni Madueke starts
A selection of Chelsea supporters on social media have insisted that Noni Madueke should be promoted into the starting line-up tomorrow against Wolves.
Madueke, 22, was an unused substitute last weekend in the defeat to Manchester City during the club’s Premier League opener. But he certainly managed to make his impact in midweek.
The £29m right-winger (Sky Sports) was named on the bench for the Conference League play-off tie with Servette, but he made the perfect impact as a substitute with his first goal of the season. He fired in a powerful finish with his weaker right foot to put his side into a 2-0 aggregate lead.
Here are some Blues fans asking for Madueke’s inclusion in the XI versus Wolves:

Another wrote: “If Madueke doesn’t deserve to start against Wolves then i don’t know who does.”

Do the fans have a point?
Based on Madueke’s eye-catching pre-season, where he scored three goals for Chelsea, he can consider himself quite unfortunate not to start either of his team’s opening two matches of this campaign. The way he impacted Chelsea’s European match on Thursday should push him closer to the XI, though.
There’s obviously a lot of competition in the attacking areas of the pitch at Stamford Bridge, especially since Joao Felix and Pedro Neto both joined this month.
However, Madueke definitely brings his own special quality with great one-on-one dribbling and natural width on the right wing.
