Journalist Matt Law has claimed that there is currently no one at Chelsea who wants Romelu Lukaku to be at the club next season.
He told the ‘London is Blue’ podcast that everyone is aware of the negative consequences that could come from allowing him to return to Cobham.
It had been claimed that there was the potential for an extraordinary return at Stamford Bridge for Lukaku.

Reports stated that new manager Mauricio Pochettino was at least considering having a conversation with the striker about potentially staying.
However, the Belgian is still insistent that he sees his future elsewhere, notably at the club he has just been on loan at.
Despite his wishes, Inter Milan are not currently adhering to the Blues’s wishes on receiving a transfer fee for him.
Law has said that he does believe the situation will be resolved in the coming weeks in order to not disrupt things in West London.
He said: “I think they will find a deal. I think Lukaku will end up back at Inter Milan and I don’t know how quickly.

“But with the best will in the world nobody really wants him to have to return to Cobham at any point next week or the week after, he’s been on some international duty so I’m not quite sure on the date of his schedule of return.
“Nobody wants that because everyone realises that it wouldn’t be ideal at all and could provide some negative energy around a time when the club wants to start with positive energy.”
Despite the desire to see him leave, there is no world where the Blues should cave to pressure regarding another loan deal, considering the price they originally paid for the player.
