Chelsea have certainly had opportunities to show off some of the young talent they have coming through the ranks at Cobham.
The Conference League has frequently offered Enzo Maresca a chance to rotate his first team players and hand the youngsters a chance at first team level.
Tyrique George and Josh Acheampong have been the main benefactors of this, with both now being promoted to the first team squad and featuring in some important games.
There have been opportunities for the likes of Shumaira Mheuka, Ato Ampah and Harrison Murray-Campbell to make their debuts for the club.
Another player who has benefitted from the mass rotation is Samuel Rak-Sakyi, who has notched up four appearances across the campaign.

Chelsea could sacrifice Sam Rak-Sakyi in favour of keeping Kiano Dyer
However, he has not taken to the field since December, and has hardly even been included in a matchday squad for any first team games.
This has seemingly led to some hesitance from the midfielder to sign a new contract with the club, with The Athletic reporting that he is yet to sign the deal offered to him. His current one expires in a year’s time.
The report goes on to say that people close to the club believe that out of Rak-Sakyi and fellow youngster Kiano Dyer, only one of them will remain at the club.
Dyer is another who has made his debut for the first team this season, with George tipping Dyer to break into the first team squad on a more regular basis.

Enzo Maresca’s admiration of Rak-Sakyi
With the promise that Rak-Sakyi has already shown in the early stages of his career, there was always going to be interest in bringing him in on loan over the winter transfer window.
One of the parties keen on a deal involved a Chelsea legend, with Frank Lampard and Coventry City keen on a short-term deal.
It was reported that he didn’t move because of Enzo Maresca’s admiration of Rak-Sakyi, however that has not led to any minutes since the window shut.
With big things expected from Dyer in his career, things are not looking bright for the 20-year-old to make it at Stamford Bridge.
