Micah Richards has now compared one Chelsea player to Manchester City star Kevin de Bruyne.
He claimed during his punditry for Match of the Day that the ability for Cole Palmer to get into space reminded him of the super Belgian.
Palmer was again the difference for the Blues at the weekend when they picked up a narrow 1-0 victory in the West London derby against Fulham.

His coolness from the spot led to the only goal of the game, with him maintaining his 100% record from 12 yards for the club.
Richards has praised his ability to get himself back into the game after having a poor opening half an hour to the match.
He said: “He started out on the right against Fulham and he was ineffective for the first 30 minutes. He didn’t really create anything for the first 30 minutes.
Richards compares Palmer to De Bruyne
“But what he did, what all intelligent players do, is to find a way to get involved int he game. We talked about Kevin De Bruyne getting into space and this time it’s Palmer. It’s really good.
“What I like about him is he always wants to play forward. His best position is definitely No.10. Look at how important he is! Nine goals and four assists. He’s just the main man of this team. He’s brilliant to watch.”
Richards will surely be looking in envy at the 21-year-old after he left City for a fee of around £45m on deadline day last summer.
City however will feel confident about their prospects for the rest of the season after De Bruyne returned to the pitch with a goal and an assist in his first appearance back.
Chelsea meanwhile will continue to heavily rely on Palmer in attack while they wait on the return of Christopher Nkunku from his recent injury setback.
