Reports have claimed that Chelsea are now set to miss out on signing RB Leipzig midfielder Dominik Szoboszlai this summer.
According to Tutto Mercato Web, discussions with Liverpool have advanced to the point where the two parties are closing in on a deal.
There is somewhat of a midfield merry-go round going on amongst big teams this summer, and Szoboszlai has been one of the names mentioned throughout all the reports.

The Blues have been one of the teams closely monitoring him in recent weeks, as they plan a complete rebuild in the middle of the park.
However, they appear to have been beaten to a deal for the Hungarian by Liverpool, with his reported £60m release clause set to expire today.
Szoboszlai set for Liverpool
Chelsea will no doubt still be looking to be active in the market this summer after a number of their first team options have already departed this summer
Both Mateo Kovacic and N’golo Kante have already secured their moves away from the club this summer, and both were important players whenever they were fit in West London.
Now it appears as if they have honed in their focus on Moises Caicedo, who is now fresh off a sensational season with the overachieving Brighton.

The Seagulls are notoriously firm negotiators, and that was shown when they demanded quite the fee to part ways with Marc Cucurella last season.
There is a belief at Stamford Bridge that the Ecuador international can be the perfect midfield partner for Enzo Fernandez, who has impressed greatly since joining the club in January.
However, they are aware that signing a strong partner can see the World Cup winner take his game to the next level.
