Journalist Ben Jacobs has claimed that Chelsea have three sides who are seriously interested in signing Romelu Lukaku this summer.
He took to Twitter to state that currently Inter Milan are the side making the lowest offer for his services right now.
Lukaku has seemingly made his mind up that he does not see his future at Stamford Bridge. He has only been a member of the club again for two years up to now.

He is hopeful that he can continue his career at Inter, where he last season helped the club to a Champions League final.
However, up until now they have not received an offer they feel warrants a permanent or indeed another loan deal.
The Serie A side may now be feeling the pressure, with it being reported that there is interest elsewhere.
Jacobs has now claimed that as many as three sides are serious about the prospect of signing Lukaku this summer.
He said: “Chelsea have three serious bidders for Romelu Lukaku and are continuing conversations with all of them. Inter is a viable option but currently the lowest of the three bids and not yet at the level Chelsea are looking for.”

It is best for everyone at Stamford Bridge if the relationship between the club and the Belgian comes to an end as soon as possible.
Even though it was claimed that Mauricio Pochettino was reportedly not against using him this season, the fact that he is so against playing for the club should be enough to state that he should not be involved.
His return to pre-season has already been pushed back to a later date, with it being hoped that a solution can be found on his future by then.
