Manchester City’s Jack Grealish has claimed the Chelsea supporters were fully behind their side at Stamford Bridge during yesterday’s Premier League match.
Chelsea are sitting 10th in the Premier League table right now, in a difficult position, with a 1-0 defeat to Man City on Thursday night only adding to the problems.
However, Grealish did notice the Stamford Bridge fanbase as an opposition player.

Grealish on Chelsea supporters
27-year-old Grealish, who set up Riyad Mahrez’s winning goal against Chelsea, did give a mention to the home crowd.
“Yeah listen, it’s a hard place to come. The crowd were fully behind them tonight. And like I said, since I’ve been here, we’ve had a few tough games against Chelsea. So we always knew how difficult it was going to be,” Grealish said, as quoted by Man City’s official website.
Grealish is bang on the money here.
Yes, the home support did stick with the team, especially when the young substitutes were giving it all on the pitch.
The real negative noise comes when Graham Potter’s side are dropping points against teams in the bottom half of the table.

It’s very frustrating and disappointing for the fanbase to see this Chelsea side drop off so much in the past six month, but many accept the club has entered a new era and requires some form of patience.
The horrible luck in the injury department is something you can’t ignore given the number of key first-team stars that have picked up injuries.
Raheem Sterling and Christian Pulisic were the latest casualties to the injury list.
Mason Mount missed the Man City fixture with a knock, but Potter has confirmed he could return in time for Sunday.
