To say Joao Felix’s loan spell at AC Milan is not going well would be an understatement, with the Chelsea forward having a torrid time in Italy.
Felix got off to a good start at Milan, scoring on his debut, a 3-1 win against AS Roma in the Coppa Italia.
However, since then, it has pretty much been downhill for the 25-year-old. When reviewing one of Felix’s recent performances, one Milan-based website did not hold back.
Felix was told to leave Milan by that site, which looks like an inevitability at this point.

Joao Felix’s goalless run in Serie A extends to 11 games
Simply put, there is no way that Milan are going to keep hold of the Portuguese. Fabrizio Romano has already discussed Felix’s situation, claiming that the Italian club will not sign him permanently amid his struggles for goals.
Felix made a two-minute cameo against Venice last Sunday, failing to score during his short time on the pitch.
It means Felix has not netted in any of the 11 Serie A games he has played for Milan. His strike versus Roma in the Coppa Italia remains his only goal for Sergio Conceicao’s side.
While the Portugal international is set to return to Chelsea at the end of the season, there is little chance of him remaining at Stamford Bridge.
Enzo Maresca had little use for him during the first half of the campaign, and that is unlikely to change next term, especially if the 45-year-old brings in another attacking midfielder. Chelsea are currently being linked with Morgan Rogers of Aston Villa.
Whatever the case, one thing is certain, Felix has failed to shine under Conceicao and will not be joining Milan permanently this summer.

Where Joao Felix could end up
With Chelsea and Milan not really options for Felix, it looks like the former Atletico Madrid star could be off to Saudi Arabia.
It has already been claimed that Felix is attracting interest from Saudi Arabia. The Chelsea Chronicle has also been told that Cristiano Ronaldo has told his compatriot to move to the Saudi Pro League this summer.
At 25 and with the talent he has, it would be a disappointing transfer. But Europe’s top clubs are not exactly queuing up for Felix at the moment.
